How do I track a substance?

Go to the "Today" tab and tap the substance you want to log. Your entry will be saved instantly.

Can I sync my data across devices?

Yes. Enable iCloud sync in Settings to keep your data in sync across all your Apple devices.

How do I delete my data?

You can delete individual entries from the History tab, or uninstall the app to remove all local data.

Is my data private?

Absolutely. All data is stored locally on your device (or in your personal iCloud if sync is enabled). We never collect or share your data. Read our Privacy Policy for more details.
